Read the safety recommendations below and the waiver before you book,

• Everyone who is participating the rental activity is required to sign the waiver prior to using the equipment. Wavier will be available to sign on the following page when the booking is paid. There will be a link for you to share with your group.
• Canoe, kayak and paddleboard can tip easily, always have a lifejacket on when you are on water.
• It is a self-serve rental, and boats are heavier than 30lbs and some are longer than 1.8m, handle with caution for yourself and people around you. 
• Some boats are parked on racks which is close to 1.7m high.
  
• Inspect the equipment before you start using them, if there is any safety concern, do not use them.

How does it work:

Please note late return or no completion confirmation photos will result in extra charges when the boat unit or lifejacket or paddle is missing after your booked time.

1. Book your boats online, sign the waiver, an email with the unlocking code will send to your registered email. Go to the lake's day use area at your booked time, unlock the boat. Paddles and lifejackets are included.  

2. At your booked finishing time, return and lock the boat back to the designated location on the rack with the corresponding lock, take photos for the boat, the paddles and lifejackets (in a good order), and send to 780-900-4343, or on WhatsApp, or on Messenger (Switzer Park Watersport Rentals), to confirm the completion of the rental.

4. If you want to change your booking, create an account with the same email you used (top right corner -->login->create an account), for cancellation, contact us.
